Mission, Vision and Goals

Mission:  Our mission is to be one of the highest performing, well respected and professionally operated race teams in the snowmobiling industry.  We strive to give our sponsors maximum exposure as well as make racing exciting for the fans.

Vision:  While keeping high performance a standard, Team Bauerly Racing will be a family centered motor sports team that performs a variety of functions.  The racers will handle themselves in a professional manner on and off the track while being entertaining to fans and spectators alike.  We will do all we can for our sponsors, as we believe working with them is a two way street, and will put forth good faith in that representation.  Our team will strive to put out a good image for motor sports and alternative sports in general (especially snowmobiling) as these industries are what will make our team a success.

Goals:

• To present ourselves as a Professional Family Centered Motor Sports Team.
• To give our sponsors the maximum exposure possible on and off the track.
• To maximize safety for all members of the team and the competition.
• To place ourselves in the top 5 National Season Points in the Pro Plus 30 class, the Semi-pro Stock class and the Semi-pro Open class.
• To again win a MN State Series Championship in both Pro Stock & Pro Open, and to add a championship in the Pro Am Plus 30 class.
• To continue to diversify our presence by running several different classes in several different race circuits, unlike most other teams that stick to mainly one.
• To ensure the future of Team Bauerly Racing by seeking out new riders to add to the current program as we have a long term vision in mind to build and grow with the sport.
• To be competitive, yet have fun.
• To attract more and different outside sponsors so we can achieve more as individuals and as a team as well as show them the value of this lucrative sport.
